Summary
- You may freely use the applications for personal or commercial creative work, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
- You are responsible for managing your work and data and for the results of using the applications.
- The applications and related services are not guaranteed to remain available and may be discontinued.
These Terms of Use apply to Vegaro applications, vegaro.app, and related websites provided by Toshusai, including the Vegaro Thumbnail Maker and Vegaro Hand Pose iOS apps. By using them, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the services
You may use the applications for personal or commercial creative work in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
The provider does not guarantee a reply to inquiries, individual support, or correction of reported problems.
Apple’s terms apply to App Store purchases and refunds, and Apple’s standard license agreement applies to the app license. These Terms do not limit rights granted by those terms or applicable law.
2. Your content
You retain your rights in artwork and other content you create or import. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and its use do not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable law.
Bundled third-party fonts, models, assets, and software remain subject to their respective licenses. See the license notices in each app.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the applications for unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or interference with the services or the devices and software on which they run.
4. Data management
You are responsible for saving, exporting, and backing up your projects. The applications do not guarantee that local data will be retained permanently or can always be restored.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The applications are provided as is, without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Where the provider is liable for loss caused by ordinary negligence, that liability is limited to ordinary and direct loss and excludes special, indirect, and consequential loss and lost profits. This limitation does not apply to intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the provider, or where applicable law does not permit the limitation.
6. Changes, suspension, and discontinuation of services
The applications and related services are not guaranteed to be provided continuously or indefinitely. The provider may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of them at any time for operational, technical, financial, or other reasons.
Where reasonably practicable, advance notice will be provided before a service is discontinued. However, a service may be suspended or discontinued without notice in an emergency, where required for security, due to force majeure, or where advance notice is otherwise impracticable.
You are responsible for saving or backing up any projects, artwork, and exported data you need before a service is discontinued.
7. Changes to these Terms
The provider may change these Terms where the change benefits users generally, or where it is consistent with the purpose of these Terms and reasonable in light of the need for and substance of the change.
When these Terms are changed, the changed terms and their effective date will be announced by the effective date on the page below or through another appropriate method.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
