Summary
- Data you create and edit in our apps is processed on your device. We do not use usage analytics, advertising, tracking, or automatic error reporting.
- Information you choose to submit for support and network information needed to serve websites and downloads are handled as described below.
This Privacy Policy applies to Vegaro applications, vegaro.app, and related websites provided by Toshusai, including the Vegaro Thumbnail Maker and Vegaro Hand Pose iOS apps.
1. User content
Images, audio, video, poses, projects, edits, and preferences are stored and processed on your device as needed to provide app features. Their contents are not automatically sent to our servers. AI background removal in Thumbnail Maker for iOS also runs on your device using a bundled model.
When you export, share, or select a cloud-connected storage destination, you choose where your data goes. OS backups, synchronization, and external services you choose are subject to their own settings and policies. You can delete local data using the app's deletion controls or your OS or browser storage settings.
2. App use and network access
No account is required. We do not use systems that automatically collect app launches, interaction history, advertising identifiers, or error reports. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising.
Core editing in our iOS apps works offline and does not send creative content or usage information to us. Web apps may connect to load app files and assets, and desktop apps may connect to check for and download updates. Local storage is used for preferences such as language and appearance, not for tracking behavior.
3. Contact inquiries
Contacting us is optional. We receive the reply-to details, message, and attachments you choose to send through a form or email. An in-app form may also send the app version and runtime environment shown in the form. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and investigate the reported problem.
We retain information only as long as needed for the inquiry and related follow-up, then delete it when no longer needed. You can request access or deletion through the same contact channel; we will handle these requests subject to legal retention obligations and applicable exceptions. A reply to general inquiries is not guaranteed. Do not send project files or sensitive information.
4. External services
We use Cloudflare to serve websites and files and to handle some contact inquiries. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and similar network information for delivery and protection against abuse. This processing accompanies web connections and does not collect your in-app interaction history.
Google's privacy policy also applies to contact channels provided through Google Forms. Apple's policies apply to App Store purchases, distribution, and diagnostic information handled independently by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details. Information processed by these providers is handled under their policies and may be processed in other countries.
5. Changes to this Policy
This Policy may be revised when services or applicable requirements change. Revised content and its effective date will be published on the page below.
